- Rehearse the song/music thoroughly. If you can, record it on a phone and send it to me in advance
- Have a good idea in your head of what you are aiming for
- Arrive on time
- Do not arrive under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Bring a tuner with you, if you use one
- Make sure all equipment, and any instrument you want to use, is in tip top condition
- If you want to bring someone with you, please let me know in advance
- If you wish to use one of my instruments, please let me know in advance
- If you have a particular sound style you like, see if you can send me in advance a clip of an artist who produces a sound like it
